Privacy Policy

Effective 20 July 2026. This page explains what information passioncore.io collects, why, and how you can control it.

Who we are

This website is operated by PassionCore Technologies Inc. ("PassionCore", "we", "us"), 112 - 970 Burrard Street, Office #1194, Vancouver, BC V6Z 2R4, Canada. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@passioncore.io.

What we collect

Contact / enquiry form (/contact)

Name, email address, company (optional), your area of interest (e.g. Pro, Enterprise, OEM, support), and the message you write. No payment or billing information is collected through this site.

Edge-case submission form (/products/address-tokenizer/edge-cases)

The anonymized or synthetic address input you submit, optional country/locale, optional actual parser result, expected behavior, optional notes about why the case is unusual, optional contact email, and whether you allow anonymized public use in tests, examples, or documentation. Please do not submit personal, customer, payment, KYC, or confidential information.

Checklist request forms (Insights pages)

Only the work email address you provide when requesting the ISO 20022 migration checklist.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking scripts, and we do not set any cookies. See Cookie & Local Storage Notice for the one non-personal preference (light/dark theme) stored in your browser.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, review edge cases and expected behavior, improve parser tests and documentation, send the checklist you requested, and keep a record of business communications. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

Cookies & local storage

This site sets no cookies. It stores one preference — your light/dark theme choice — in your browser's localStorage under the key pc-theme. This value stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Full detail: Cookie & Local Storage Notice.

Third-party processors

Form submissions are relayed using Resend, a third-party transactional email provider based in the United States. Resend processes the message on our behalf to deliver it to our inbox (and, for checklist requests, to deliver the reply to you); it is not used for advertising or resold to other parties. Resend's own privacy practices are described at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy. Because Resend's infrastructure is based in the United States, submitting a form may involve your information being processed outside of Canada.

Data retention

We keep enquiry and checklist-request records only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and maintain ordinary business records — as a default, no longer than 24 months after your last contact with us, unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, a legal obligation, or a dispute. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).

Your rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), or similar laws — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your information. We honor reasonable requests of this kind regardless of your location. To exercise any of these rights, email info@passioncore.io; we will respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated whenever we do.

This policy describes our current, actual practices in plain language. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified privacy lawyer, particularly if you operate in a regulated industry or a jurisdiction with specific requirements. If you need a legally reviewed policy for procurement or compliance purposes, please contact us.
