Pricing & licensing

One engine. Licenses that scale with usage rights, not features.

Every commercial customer runs the same production-quality engine. Licenses differ by usage rights — how many business solutions, departments, or legal entities can use it — never by deployment count, CPU, seat count, or transaction volume.

Feature & Pricing

Annual licenses. No per-API-call, per-transaction, or per-deployment counting.

Enterprise Group pricing starts at US$28,000/year. Pricing depends on licensing scope and commercial requirements.

License scope

Choose a license based on how many business solutions, departments, and legal entities need the Address Tokenizer — not how it is deployed.

Standard

Choose Standard if the Address Tokenizer is integrated into one business solution — for example, a Payment Gateway, Core Banking system, AML, KYC, Treasury, Customer Onboarding, or Fraud Detection platform.

Development, QA, UAT, staging, and disaster-recovery environments supporting that same production solution are included.

Enterprise

Choose Enterprise if multiple business solutions or departments within the same legal entity need it, or it is provided as a shared internal platform.

Example — ABC Bank Ltd.: Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Payment Gateway, AML, Treasury, and Trade Finance are all covered under one Enterprise license because they belong to the same legal entity.

Enterprise Group

Choose Enterprise Group if multiple legal entities within the same corporate group need it.

Example — ABC Financial Group: ABC Bank Hong Kong Ltd., ABC Bank Singapore Ltd., ABC Bank UK plc, and ABC Payments Inc. are all covered under one Enterprise Group license for internal use.

Important definitions

Business solution

A production business application, platform, or service that integrates Address Tokenizer — for example, a Payment Gateway, AML, KYC, Core Banking, Treasury, or Customer Onboarding system.

Not counted separately: development, QA, test, UAT, staging, disaster recovery, or high-availability replica environments.

Legal entity

A separately incorporated company — for example, DBS Bank Ltd., HSBC Hong Kong, or Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited.

Each legal entity requires its own Enterprise license unless the customer has an Enterprise Group subscription, which covers multiple legal entities within the same corporate group for internal use.

OEM & Redistribution

The published pricing above applies only to end-user commercial deployments. OEM licensing is negotiated separately and is required when you embed, white-label, bundle, or redistribute the Address Tokenizer as part of a product or service you provide to third parties.

Embedded software

You embed the Address Tokenizer into Core Banking software, Payment Gateway software, ERP systems, Treasury platforms, AML/KYC products, mobile banking applications, or desktop software. Your customers use your product, which internally uses the Address Tokenizer.

SaaS / cloud services

You operate a cloud platform where customers submit addresses for parsing — for example, Payment SaaS, Banking Platform as a Service (BPaaS), KYC-as-a-Service, address validation APIs, or low-code workflow platforms. Customers never install the tokenizer, but consume it through your hosted service.

White-label solutions

You rebrand or package the Address Tokenizer as part of your own offering — for example, a white-label banking platform, white-label payment solution, or managed address service.

Platform & marketplace

The Address Tokenizer is offered as a shared capability to multiple customers or tenants — for example, a multi-tenant SaaS, integration platform, API marketplace, or financial middleware.

What does NOT require OEM licensing: using the Address Tokenizer internally within your own organization, integrating it into your own production business applications, deploying it as an internal shared service for employees, or using it across multiple departments within a licensed legal entity (Enterprise). In these cases the tokenizer is not redistributed to third parties, and Standard or Enterprise licensing applies.

Rule of thumb: if your organization is the end user of the software, choose Core, Standard, Enterprise, or Enterprise Group. If your customers, tenants, or partners access the Address Tokenizer as part of your commercial product or service, you need an OEM & Redistribution license.

Frequently asked questions

Are all country parsers included?

Core includes the global parsing engine and dedicated parsers for AU, CA, DE, FR, UK, and US, plus a universal fallback parser for other countries. Commercial editions add dedicated parsers for HK, SG, JP, and BR, plus Address Intelligence capabilities.

What is Address Intelligence?

Address Intelligence enhances parsing by healing address data using government reference data, validating parsed components, extending country coverage, scoring confidence field by field, and recording explainable parsing traces.

What does an active subscription include?

Parser enhancements, ISO 20022 compatibility updates, and the plan's support level, plus everything listed in the feature comparison table above.

What is the difference between Standard, Enterprise, and Enterprise Group?

Standard ($8,000/year) is designed for one business solution. Enterprise ($15,000/year) is designed for unlimited internal use across multiple business solutions within one legal entity. Enterprise Group (from $28,000/year) is designed for unlimited internal use across multiple legal entities within the same corporate group. The software is identical — the difference is the scope of the commercial license.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. Standard can be upgraded to Enterprise, and Enterprise can be upgraded to Enterprise Group. Upgrades take effect immediately: any unused subscription value is credited on a prorated basis toward the higher tier, and the existing renewal date remains unchanged. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal date.

Does Enterprise cover my entire banking group?

No. Enterprise covers one legal entity. For internal use across multiple legal entities within the same corporate group, choose Enterprise Group.

Is OEM licensing included?

No. OEM, redistribution, white-label, and SaaS embedding require a separate commercial agreement.

Do you charge per API call?

No. Licensing is annual and is not based on API usage or transaction volume.
